In the battle of EQ over IQ, while IQ is an absolute measurement of intelligence, very few people realize that the base for increasing IQ is EQ. Emotionally stronger quotient means that children will be well prepared to take on with confidence in various situations in life and come out Victorious. Toxic daily stress at home, school and other environments where children grow are detrimental in their long-term growth and consistent success.

Radhika is India’s First trained Mindfulness Educator, from California USA, currently working on creating platforms to raise super achievers. She is also a certified Energy Healer and Transformative Life coach.

Radhika has created a noteworthy course known as "Metamorphosis". This 8 week course is an amalgamation of various techniques intended to address the most pressing areas a child faces in day-to-day life. A definite take away for each participant would be, heightened intuition, superior emotional health, and a clearly defined life purpose to achieve anything they dream.

What the kids learn

This course establishes two forms of training as the foundation for teaching that are Mindfulness and Heartfulness, along with other methods of stress management, emotion regulation and interpersonal skills.

The development of mindfulness, a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, sensations and surrounding environment.

The Development of Heartfulness

The intentional nurturing of positive mind states such as kindness and compassion.
