AEERTIVENESS COACHING – Be Assertive, Be you!

Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference in your life or in the lives of others by learning to break the patterns of codependency, the Assertiveness Course will teach you everything you need to know.

If you’re ready to free yourself from the pain that has you wrapped in fear, if you’re eager to heal your toxic relationships and set healthy boundaries, the Assertiveness Course will help you step into your truth so that you may follow your life purpose.

During this time with me, you’ll learn:

  • How to overcome fears related to assertiveness
  • The difference between aggressiveness, passive-aggressiveness and assertiveness
  • How to speak your truth

Having once been a codependent person, I share how assertiveness allowed me to finally speak my own truth, repair toxic relationships, and propel her into a much higher level of positive living. Throughout the course, I share personal stories and the “A-ha!” moments that rescued me from codependent tendencies.

Adopting assertive behavior is one of the best choices you can make in your life.  It improves your relationships, your time management and your health. Assertiveness is not a quick fix solution. It is a long-term commitment to pursuing your objectives in a manner, which respects your rights, values and beliefs; while respecting the rights values and beliefs of others. It takes time and commitment to become more assertive but each little improvement will lead to large improvements in multiple areas of your life. Assertive behavior is easier when you are crystal clear about your values. Values Based Living can help you achieve this.
